Austin Mitchell Group grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Demo solely to evaluate DoThePlan for a potential business relationship. No other license or right is granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

The Demo contains fictional sample organizations, users, and data provided for illustration only. It does not represent real individuals, companies, or outcomes. Do not enter any real, confidential, personal, or sensitive information into the Demo. Information you enter may be visible to others, modified, or deleted, and the Demo may be reset at any time without notice.
The Demo may include non-public features, designs, roadmaps, and methods. You will treat all such non-public information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party. Where the parties have signed a separate non-disclosure agreement, that agreement also applies.
The Demo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Features shown in the Demo may differ from any commercially released product.
Access to the Demo does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or obligation to enter into any transaction. Austin Mitchell Group may modify, suspend, or terminate the Demo, or your access to it, at any time and for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Mitchell Group and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Demo.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
